All our German properties and apartments, unless otherwise stated, are offered fully refurbished to a good rental condition, with tenants in place and with full rental management. Therefore you don't need to worry about liaising with tenants, or dealing with burst pipes in the middle of the night etc.
We are highly experienced in the sale and rental of overseas properties and understand that our clients are looking for hassle free investments. We have gone to great lengths to ensure that all properties come fully managed and with a competent rental manager in charge.

As the majority of our clients are English speakers, we ensure that each of our rented German properties comes with an English speaking rental manager. They will handle all aspects of rental management on your behalf and provide you with a comprehensive account overview at the end of the year.
